Today, our fourth graders had the opportunity to participate in a mock presidential election! Students went to the library with their homeroom classes and had the option of voting. The 5th Grade KC Club volunteered by checking off students and working the booths. It was a great learning experience, and students received "I voted" stickers after they cast their ballots!
In addition, students learned all about the U.S. Presidential Election Day and the Electoral College voting process by listening and discussing E is for Election Day by Gloria Gavris.
